1. OUR COMMITMENT

Kemakmuran Hijau Lestari is committed to integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into our core operations. We recognize that our business has an impact on the environment and society, particularly within the Indonesian archipelago, and we strive to contribute to the Indonesia Vision 2045 for sustainable development.

2. ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP

We aim to minimize our ecological footprint by focusing on:

Carbon Reduction: We strive to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in line with Indonesia’s Net Zero Emission (NZE) 2060 target.
Digital Efficiency: As a digital entity, we prioritize energy-efficient cloud hosting and minimize digital waste.
Waste Management: We support the reduction of single-use plastics and promote the "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" framework in our physical offices, complying with regional Indonesian waste management regulations.

3. SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY & HUMAN RIGHTS

In alignment with the Indonesian National Strategy on Business and Human Rights (Stranas BHAM):

Fair Labor: We ensure all employees and contractors are treated fairly, provided with a safe working environment, and compensated above the regional minimum wage (UMR/UMK).
Diversity & Inclusion: We promote equal opportunity regardless of ethnicity, religion, or gender, reflecting the Indonesian national motto, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika.
Community Impact: We seek to support local MSMEs (UMKM) and community-driven initiatives through our supply chain and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs.

4. GOVERNANCE AND ETHICS

We maintain high standards of corporate governance to ensure transparency and accountability:

Anti-Corruption: We have a zero-tolerance policy for bribery and corruption, in accordance with the Indonesian Anti-Corruption Law.
Data Protection: We view data privacy as a fundamental social responsibility, adhering strictly to the PDP Law (Law No. 27/2022).
Supplier Compliance: We encourage our business partners to adopt similar sustainability standards.

5. MONITORING AND REPORTING

We periodically review our sustainability performance. While we may not be legally required to file a formal Sustainability Report (Laporan Keberlanjutan) to OJK yet, we voluntarily track our key metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
